matress and boxspring.

The bathrooms are brand-new, with new plumbing for extra strong water pressure,
loads of (very) hot water, and heated towel racks for your comfort. 
Heating and air-conditioning in the apartments is controlled individually
and can be adjusted to taste.

Perfectly located about a five-minute walk from Republic Square, and a 10-minute
brisk walk to either Wenceslas Square or Old-Town Square,
you'll never have to depend on taxis, metros or trams to get around. 
Wonderful inexpensive Czech restaurants are located within meters of the front door,
and the famous new luxury shopping mall "Slavonsky Dum" is just down the street.
